Antoinette Williams
Antoinette is a seasoned Digital Project Manager who leverages technology to enhance the operations of nonprofit and mission-oriented organizations. She particularly enjoys transforming complex challenges into seamless digital solutions. She employs strategic processes to ensure that web projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with impact.
In her previous role, she gained experience managing diverse web projects, from coordinating client expectations to leading cross-functional teams to successful launches. She focused on complex digital projects for organizations working to ensure fundamental rights and empower communities. These projects included assisting Northern California Land Trust in its mission to secure affordable, permanent housing; fostering global understanding to drive human rights advocacy on behalf of Afghans for a Better Tomorrow; and working with The Commonwealth Club World Affairs of California to advance their passionate pursuit of direct community support.
Before shifting her focus to web teams, Antoinette refined her coordination skills and attention to detail in the domains of fine art logistics and curation. Her background has equipped her with the expertise to navigate complex workflows and manage critical resources, which she utilizes daily to ensure the seamless execution of nonprofit projects. Outside of work, she engages in activities such as gardening, reading, and exploring new places.
