Accessibility Statement

At Capellic, we believe digital accessibility is a human and civil right.

Access to the web is a requirement for full participation in society. Whether signing up for a vaccine, registering to vote, or looking for care for a family member, all people, including those with disabilities, should have equal, barrier-free access online.

How we made capellic.com accessible

We designed and built Capellic.com to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Our accessibility process included:

Most pages on the site get an accessibility score of 100 through Google’s PageSpeed Insights audits and report zero errors through Deque’s axe DevTools, WAVE, and Sa11y.

Current Limitations:

  • Some pages on capellic.com include embeds from 3rd-parties—things like YouTube videos, podcast episodes, or data visualizations. We try only to embed things that we know to be accessible, but that is not always possible.

  • Some of our insights posts include code samples embedded on the page that currently use a color theme for syntax highlighting, which fails WCAG's contrast guidelines. We are updating this color theme to make it more accessible.

Our plan to keep capellic.com accessible

We do a thorough accessibility test of capellic.com every six months. The outcome of this test is an accessibility compliance report, including areas where remediation may be necessary. We will conduct and publish the results of our first test later this month (October 2025).

We are also committed to testing capellic.com with people who have disabilities and use assistive technologies to navigate the web. We plan to partner with Knowbility’s AccessWorks program to conduct accessibility usability testing in December 2025.
