Lauren Coughlin

Lauren Coughlin is the Director of Operations at Capellic and joined the team in 2024. She ensures the right people with the right skills are available to accomplish our work. She also provides data on projects and overall business strategy to help Capellic stay on budget and make critical business decisions, which allows us to better serve our nonprofit clients.

Prior to joining the Capellic, she worked for Echo&Co for nine years. She was Echo&Co's Director of Operations since 2020. Before Echo&Co, she worked at Wayfair.com managing customer acquisition and retention for their international markets.

Lauren was born and raised in Maine and moved to New York by way of Boston after getting her Bachelor of Arts in economics at Bates College. Outside of work you can find her chasing her toddler and exploring the endless experiences that NYC has to offer.
