As Associate Director of Program Strategy, Anna designs and leads multiyear strategic initiatives for nonprofits to develop mission-driven digital programs and experiences.

She specializes in bringing together organization senior leaders, staff, and board of directors to create cohesive, fully supported, and fully resourced digital programs. Along the way, Anna helps clients educate stakeholders about and collaboratively refine program goals, strategy, tactics, and risk management steps.

Anna draws on 15 years of experience leading nonprofit website redesigns, developing user-centric content strategy and information architecture, and creating professional education programs and student curricula. She is particularly passionate about staff development programs for building nonprofit in-house capacity and autonomy.

Recent major projects include:

  • Not a Bot: AI Leadership Summit: Conceived, designed, and led an in-person, multi-session conference on AI adoption in nonprofits; resulted in action plans and new connections for 20+ nonprofit leaders representing education, environmental advocacy, legal & civil rights, economic opportunity, and international aid sectors.
  • Easterseals Affiliate PaaS Adoption: Designed and led a website migration and redesign project for 40 affiliates in 7 months; included building understanding and adoption of a new content strategy IA, CMS (Drupal), and content production process. All affiliates launched on time and on budget.
  • NEA Multiyear Website Strategy Program: Included defining and prioritizing user engagement goals and success metrics; supporting stakeholder education and buy-in; and managing project budgets and timelines. A 2024 project won a People’s Choice Webby. Current focus is on piloting an AI-boosted search experience on the national website.

Anna earned an Ed.M from Harvard Graduate School of Education and B.A. from Pomona College. When she’s not dancing to KPop Demon Hunters with her kids, Anna can be found rehearsing classical and new works for her 36-voice choral ensemble, Voce. Or not, because her kids told her stop, it’s too loud.
